John McCain To Battle Big Oil Companies

I saw a political ad the other day that brought a chuckle. It stated John McCain will battle big oil companies. Now I will tell you I have been a registered Republican for 33 years. I have never voted for a Democrat in that time. However there is not a person that I know that believes a Republican is going to battle big oil companies. It doesn’t matter what party affiliation a person supports , Republicans and oil companies generally mix very well , always have , always will.

McCain is doing his best to distance himself from George Bush. I m not sure this is a wise strategy , but he is hanging his hat on it and doesn’t appear to be backing off. Barrack Obama is as much a part of the news everyday as anything. Obama seems to have made this election a foregone conclusion as he annouced his Vice president nominee Joe Biden , stay tuned more fun to come.
